Picture Orders
After we take photos at your school, we will return proofs and provide a deadline to return the proofs by. The deadline is so we may return picture orders to your school. You may order after this deadline, but must return the form to our studio, or order online through the link above.Orders submitted after the deadline on the form will take longer to process and may only be available for pickup in our studio, so please be prepared to pickup your print order in our studio if placed using the form after the deadline.
Still Need To Order Pictures?
If you forgot to order your child's pictures during the 2022-2023 school year, you may click the link at the top of this page "View Photos" and locate the school year, followed by the type of portraits, then sorted by grade and teacher. If you are unable to find your portraits, please email schools@theportraitcollection.biz.
All orders for past portraits must be placed online for digital or print packages. Digital packages will be available for download from the site several days after placing your order. Print packages will require a shipping charge to be mailed to you.

In some cases, we will need time to locate your order or need to request additional information to assist you. It is best to provide us with your child's name, the type of pictures you are asking about, the child's grade and teacher. This information will expedite your request.
Portrait Sessions at your School
Fall Portraits
Taken in September at your school. Every child will be photographed. If your child was absent, we will offer a makeup date in early spring. Proofs will be sent home of every child for ordering online or using the form.
Sports Team & Individual Portraits
We will work with your school and coaches to schedule team and individual portraits of the various sports teams. These will be taken at various times throughout the school year. Coaches should notify your child when these are taken. In most cases, proof forms are returned to your school, however, all online proofs are available through the high school's Sports Portraits on the link below.
Spring Portraits
Taken April 25th (Backup date May 7th) of students who return a pre-paid deposit. Deposits apply to your order when proofs are returned. You may use the form sent home with your child or use the online form.
