You may order your 2024-2025 Yearbook through the form linked above. We will send home forms to order yearbooks in the first semester and second semester. You may also order through the form or by completing the online form and submitting your payment online.

Yearbooks are $45 through December 27th and increase to $55 on December 28th.
The deadline to order a yearbook is May 2nd. After this date, you will be added to a waitlist and we will notify you if we have additional copies for purchase.

We have several copies remaining of the 2021-2022, 2022-2023, 2023-2024 yearbooks left for purchase in our studio. We do not offer holds on past yearbooks and they must be purchased in our studio and paid for when picked up. Available while extra copies last. Past copies are $55 each.

We have switched to a new online ordering system this year. Proofs are no longer returned to your school. Your child is given a QR Code/Access Code to bring home. You can use this QR Code to view and order online. 

If you forgot to order your child's pictures during the 2023-2024 school year, you may click the link at the top of this page "View Photos" and locate the school year, followed by the type of portraits, then sorted by grade and teacher. If you are unable to find your portraits, please email schools@theportraitcollection.biz.
All orders for past portraits must be placed online for digital or print packages. Digital packages will be available for download from the site several days after placing your order. Print packages will require a shipping charge to be mailed to you.

Please call our office at 256-912-0539 or email schools@theportraitcollection.biz and we will return your message as soon as possible. In some cases, we will need time to locate your order or need to request additional information to assist you. It is best to provide us with your child's name, the type of pictures you are asking about, the child's grade and teacher. This information will expedite your request.
