SENIOR FORMALS and Cap & Gown Portraits
The last date to have your formals and cap/gown portraits taken at the school will be Wednesday, January 17th between 9am-12pm. Please see Mrs. Moore to be added to the schedule. The sitting fee is $50.
If you wish to have them retaken, the charge is $25.
Sessions scheduled after Jan. 17th must be scheduled in the studio and the sitting fee will be $75 if outside normal business hours.
Yearbook poses must be chosen by January 31st. Any poses not selected by this date must be selected through Mrs. Moore.

Picture Orders
After we take photos at your school, we will return proofs and provide a deadline to return the proofs by. The deadline is so we may return picture orders to your school. You may order after this deadline, but must return the form to our studio, or order online through the link above.Orders submitted after the deadline on the form will take longer to process and may only be available for pickup in our studio, so please be prepared to pickup your print order in our studio if placed using the form after the deadline.

If you forgot to order your child's pictures during the 2022-2023 school year, you may click the link at the top of this page "View Photos" and locate the school year, followed by the type of portraits, then sorted by grade and teacher. If you are unable to find your portraits, please email schools@theportraitcollection.biz.
All orders for past portraits must be placed online for digital or print packages. Digital packages will be available for download from the site several days after placing your order. Print packages will require a shipping charge to be mailed to you.
