Visiting the Studio...
We are more than happy to have you visit the studio, where it is to pick up an order, review photos, or to schedule a session.
Please understand we are a small business with one full-time photographer and the occasional assistant. We have multiple school contracts and are often at various schools, businesses, or recreation complexes providing photography services. For this reason, our studio is open by appointment only.
When we are not in the field, we are in our office and if the door is open, you are more than welcome to stop by. If you need to schedule a time to visit with us, simply email us and we will be happy to set up a convenient time.

The studio is closed these days during the 2026-2027 school year.
This means the office will not be staffed and you must call and leave a message or email for a response as soon as we are available. Summer hours updated in May.
Payments & Deposits

If you prefer to have an invoice sent to you, please email orders@theportraitcollection.biz. We will send you an invoice via PayPal to be paid online using a debit or credit card. You do not need a PayPal account to make a payment.
